Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

If the Alpha 180 full program is too robust for your needs, there is an alternative. Alpha IOP offers a flexible option to participate in clinical, recreational, and social programming while living at home, your dorm, or in another sober living environment.
What is IOP?

While inpatient treatment requires you to reside at the facility, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) meet at scheduled times throughout the week. Traditional IOPs can be effective. However, typical IOP groups may consist of people of all ages, all genders, or people not interested in education. Alpha IOP consists only of college-age males (or male-identifying individuals) looking to make inspired transformation in their recovery and academic lives. Alpha IOP is more than just group therapy, it’s a community of peers just like you

The Sober Clubhouse

The Sober Clubhouse is your space to gather with friends, study, or just hangout. Situated in the heart of Austin, the Clubhouse is convenient and centrally located just blocks from the University of Texas at Austin. You will attend IOP groups here but can also stick around for nightly dinners or a recovery meeting. The Alpha 180 Clubhouse is a hub in the Austin community for young people’s recovery and a great place to make friends and feel at home as you begin your recovery journey.
